Professional Bio
Beatriz was born in Honduras and grew up in both Southern California and her native country. She completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at UCLA, with substantial additional coursework in accounting, business, and entrepreneurship.
Her personal life experiences navigating two cultures, alongside her adventures across 4 continents, have instilled in her a deep-seated commitment to pursuing culture- affirming practices that improve the life-trajectory of marginalized communities of color. She’s honed excellent cross-cultural communication skills that enable her to lean-in to complex conversations, and amplify the voices of beneficiaries at the decision-making table.
